Now that things are gradually returning to normal I'm loving seeing patients face to face again.

However, as Covid numbers are still significant in the community, and as the symptoms can be very similar to those of the common cold, I ask that if you have any cold like symptoms or feel at all unwell, you postpone your visit until you feel better.

As osteopathy involves hands-on treatment, with close proximity between practitioner and patient, I still ask that patients wear a mask when in the building. This will help to protect not only themselves, but also other patients, many of whom are clinically vulnerable.
