Training and Professionalism

Osteopaths undergo rigorous training in anatomy, physiology, neurology and pathology, along with manual therapy and clinical skills. Most osteopathic courses are 4-year, full time courses leading to either a Bachelors or an integrated Masters degree. Your osteopath knows their stuff!

All osteopaths are required to register with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) which carries out oversight and regulation of the profession, and all osteopaths have to carry out annual continuing professional development (CPD) to update their skills and knowledge.

You’re safe in osteopathic hands!
